User Conduct By using Burma Spaces, you agree to: Not engage in any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity. Not post any false, misleading, or inappropriate content. Not misuse the contact information provided by landlords or tenants. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account that violates these terms.
Limitation of Liability Platform Role: Burma Spaces acts as an intermediary platform that facilitates the posting and viewing of room rental listings. We do not verify the accuracy of postings or guarantee successful transactions between landlords and tenants. Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
